Each initiative within the Santiago Donation Program has a special connection to at least one of us – which makes it all the more special.

How it works? During our winter event, we present the initiatives individually. All colleagues are then invited to pick out which initiatives speak to them the most and contribute towards it. At the end of the exercise, Santiago as a company matches the exact amount contributed.
