It is important to us that we regularly meet and exchange ideas in person as a team. Four times a year, the entire company comes together in one place. Sustainability
Consulting involves travel. We try to make this as sustainable as possible. As part of our „Project Zero," we have committed to reducing our CO2 emissions to zero by 2028 or offsetting any remaining emissions. The measures of "Project Zero" range from planting trees to avoiding domestic flights as far as possible to promoting electric mobility. Annual reports document our progress.

What you studied is less important to us than how you studied it. We are looking for motivated recent graduates as well as professionals with consulting experience or expertise in our core industries of chemistry and life sciences. MBAs or PhDs are welcome but not required. We are open to bachelor students with above-average grades for internships and student trainee positions.

Santiago projects focus on strategic, organizational and digital issues. The development and implementation of corresponding concepts requires the ability to penetrate the complexity of the status quo and break new ground.
