Before entering the consulting business, Georg Wolters worked for four years for E.ON Ruhrgas AG, Essen, in the area of economic and energy policy.

Georg Wolters, born in 1964, studied economics at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich and earned his doctorate in the same subject at Technische Universität München.

Juan Rigall has been working as a top management consultant since 1996. Before entering the consulting business, Juan Rigall worked in economic research in Switzerland. Juan Rigall, born in 1968, studied industrial/mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt and received his doctorate in finance from the same university.
