After 7 years as an employee of a leading German top management consultancy, he co-founded Santiago Advisors in 2008.

Hermann Schiegg, born in 1971, studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Munich, where he completed his doctorate on the organization of development processes.

Juan Rigall has been working as a top management consultant since 1996. His clients include numerous corporations and market leaders in medium-sized companies, especially in the life science and high-tech industries. His professional focus is the development and implementation of new strategies and business models as well as organizational development.

After 12 years as an employee of a leading German top management consultancy, including as partner and managing director, he founded Santiago Advisors in 2008 together with partner colleagues.

Before entering the consulting business, Juan Rigall worked in economic research in Switzerland. Juan Rigall, born in 1968, studied industrial/mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt and received his doctorate in finance from the same university.

Before joining Santiago in 2016, Michael Nesnov first worked for four years in internal management consulting at BASF SE, Ludwigshafen. He then worked for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Munich, for two years.
