Entrepreneurship is a vital pillar of our economy and society, yet it does not always receive the recognition it deserves in Germany. Entrepreneurial thinking, courage, and innovative strength are key drivers of progress, competitiveness, and employment.
Against this backdrop, Prof. Dr. Dieter Thomaschewski, Academic Director of the Institute for Management and Innovation at Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society, brought together experts from academia and practice. The result is the book “Successful Entrepreneurship – Significance, Nature, Success Factors.”
We are pleased that our colleagues Juan Rigal and Alexander Tarlatt contributed a chapter of their own. In “Being the Best – Hard Work Pays Off in Operational Excellence,” they share practical experience and illustrate why consistent execution and operational excellence make a lasting difference.
The book is aimed at entrepreneurs, researchers, and anyone engaged with entrepreneurial activity. It offers practical insights and thought-provoking perspectives, making a valuable contribution to the ongoing discussion on entrepreneurship.
The book is now available in bookstores.
