As part of a consulting team, you solve our customers’ strategic and organizational questions on-site, both in- and outside Germany
Depending on the assignment you contribute to the situational analysis, problem definition and design & implementation of tailormade solutions
You take over responsibility for distinct work-packages and develop solutions independently
You analyze complex problems and create structured and engaging presentations
You participate in developing new concepts and publications in one of our Competence Centers

You have completed your master’s degree with outstanding results and gained first work experience
Ideally, you have already gathered project experience in a (student) consultancy
You are characterized by analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, curiosity and creativity and are eager to work in a motivated team
You are capable of communicating in English with international contacts in a professional way
You have mastered MS Excel and PowerPoint
You are willing to travel for project work
