At Santiago Advisors, it is important to us to create a corporate culture that actively promotes diversity and equality in the workplace. In order to strengthen the exchange and cooperation of our female employees across all hierarchical levels, we recently launched a women's network. 

Although more and more women are opting for a career in consulting, the proportion of women is still relatively low compared to other sectors. We want to counteract this situation - among other things through regular exchanges between our female employees.  

The aim of our newly founded women's network is to create a platform that promotes personal exchange, creates space to address professional challenges and strengthens a supportive community. It also creates the opportunity to learn from one another, because the diversity of our employees is matched by the diversity of experience that each and every one of us brings to the table.  

We want to strengthen our network in the future with regular training sessions, exchanges and personal meetings and are already looking forward to further exchanges.
