The Christmas season at Santiago holds a very special meaning for all of us. This is because, in addition to the Santiago Advisor Days, our annual "Santiago Donation Program" takes place just before Christmas. It has become a firm tradition that we support a variety of initiatives with our donation.

Each of us has the opportunity to present one or more initiatives in advance during the Winter Advisor Days. What all the supported initiatives have in common: A connection between the employee and the initiative they present. This particular aspect makes our donation program so personal.

This year, we are pleased to support the following initiatives:

1. Place To Go 
   Place To Go strengthens the rights of orphaned children in southwestern Togo and supports them in transitioning to independent living.

2. plusX
   An organization that gives disadvantaged children, teenagers, families, and others the opportunity for greater social participation.

3. Charity Mission Aktiv helfen
   Supports those in need worldwide through humanitarian projects, focusing on emergency aid and sustainable support.

4. Isabell Zachert Stiftung
   Supports children with cancer and their families through financial aid and projects aimed at improving quality of life.

5. Domino - Zentrum für trauernde Kinder 
   Accompanies and supports children and teenagers in their grief through empathetic counseling and group offerings.

6. Demokratie leben
   Promotes democratic values and social responsibility at elementary schools through educational projects and participation.

7. GO one2one 
   Engages in direct help between people through personal sponsorships and educational programs.

8. Bündnis Ökumenische Bildung Deutschland
   Advocates for the promotion of economic education to sustainably strengthen economic competencies and financial literacy.

9. Aktion Feuerkinder Tansania
   Helps children in Tanzania through medical care and educational programs, particularly for severe burns.

We have the utmost respect for the work of the supported initiatives. Their daily commitment is invaluable. We are especially pleased that, as Santiago Advisors, we can contribute.

Through the donations from our Santiago Advisors, we were able to raise nearly €40,000 again this year.
