Through our Advisor Days in December, we at Santiago Advisors always experience a very special end to the year.

Over the course of two days, our employees from all regions of the country gather in a German city. In 2024, it was Berlin. There, as usual, we reflected on the past year—its successes as well as its challenges.

At the same time, we looked ahead to ongoing and upcoming projects. The Advisor Days also provide space for internal development, and as with the Summer Advisor Days, promotions are celebrated. This year, our colleague Lara was promoted to Principal—congratulations once again!

Elements that are traditionally part of every Winter Advisor Day include the Santiago Donation Program, the Chart Award, Project Zero, and the Santiago Art Edition, which is gifted to all employees for Christmas.

On Friday evening in Berlin, the focus was entirely on the Christmas party.

Our conclusion: A wonderful end to the year in a fantastic atmosphere.
