From September 2nd to 4th, 2024, our Santiago Integration Days took place, and we had the pleasure of warmly welcoming our new colleagues Deborah, Hannah, and Vincent!
Three intensive and exciting days full of new experiences, valuable insights, and plenty of inspiring conversations.

Over the course of three days, our new starters gained insight into our internal processes, the history and values of Santiago, and practical initial training on topics ranging from travel booking to PowerPoint. 

But alongside all the professional topics, personal exchange is just as important. A relaxed atmosphere and great conversations over delicious meals allowed our new starters to get to know each other even better on a personal level.
