Since 2012, it has been a tradition at Santiago to combine the promotion of talented artists with a Christmas gift for all employees.  

This year, the artist of the Santiago Art Edition is Arno Beck – an artist from Bonn who specializes in prints and conceptual paintings that merge digital aesthetics with traditional techniques. 

He created an exclusive edition for the Santiago team, featuring the inscription "EARNING BY DOING." With or without an "L" at the beginning, it is a powerful symbol of our belief that hard work leads to success, strengthens learning, and deserves recognition.  

Thank you, Arno Beck, for the diligence of your work you dedicated to us in every single aspect! 

And another thanks goes out to Jochen Heufelder for your expertise and consistency in identifying remarkable artists for our Santiago Art Editions year after year.
