Last Friday, we participated in the SQUEAKER job fair “consulting for women”. Very much enjoyed networking and conducting first job interviews with talented female students and young professionals!

Why does it need a special job fair for women?

Consulting seems to be a natural job option for many male students – while several participants of this job fair stated that they had not considered this an opportunity until someone else told them to.

We strongly believe in the value of diverse teams and our competitors at this job fair fully agreed.

The question should be: Why not work in consulting as a woman?
