The latest findings of the CHEMonitor study were presented by our Managing Director, Dr. Juan Rigall, at the Handelsblatt Annual Conference on Chemistry 2026 in Berlin. They served as the basis for in-depth discussions on the future of Germany as a chemical industry hub.

Key topics included Germany’s competitiveness as a business location, the challenges facing companies, geopolitical developments, and the opportunities presented by innovation and sustainable chemistry.

The discussions made one thing clear: companies are ready for change. What is needed now is the ability to turn ambitions into action, along with the right framework conditions to enable investment and growth.
