A wonderful end to the year together! 

Six months have passed since our last All Santiagos in Reims - all the more reason to look forward to seeing old acquaintances and new faces again. Especially as there was an anniversary this year: 15 years of Santiago Advisors - something to celebrate.  

We traditionally meet in a German city for our winter events, this year in Bonn. 

At the 30th Santiago Advisors Days, we discussed the successes and challenges of the past year. At the same time, the presentation of internal and external projects highlighted the excellent work of our colleagues and once again confirmed the importance of outstanding teamwork, especially in uncertain times.  

In addition to 15 years of Santiago Advisors, we also celebrated the promotion of several colleagues who have deservedly climbed another rung on their career ladder thanks to their great commitment in recent months and years. 

Other traditional elements include the Santiago donation program, the Chart Award, Project Zero and the Santiago Art Edition, which all employees receive as a Christmas gift. We will report more on this separately. 

We all agree: there couldn't have been a better end to the year than the one we've enjoyed over the last few days with great company, excellent food and a cheers or two.
