Our internal women's network met last Friday in Frankfurt for a joint training day. Accompanied by FE:MALE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, the focus was on topics such as defining strengths, leadership, and communication.
In addition, the day provided plenty of opportunities for open exchange and engaging conversations over a shared dinner – a wonderful way to conclude an intensive training session.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved for the inspiring insights and valuable discussions. We are already looking forward to the next meeting!
