For some time now, several bee colonies have been enriching our headquarters in Willich – a special project that vividly combines our corporate values with our identity as consultants for strategy and structure. With this step, we are setting an example for sustainability and environmental awareness right next to our office.  

Here, too, we live out our entrepreneurial spirit with conviction. This initiative is based on the personal commitment of our founder and managing director, Dr. Juan Rigall. Step by step, he is becoming a professional beekeeper (don't tell him that it's written here!) and, as needed, he instructs colleagues on how to care for and feed the colonies and harvest the honey. Once again, it is clear that a shared commitment to sustainability not only brings our environment closer together, but also our team!
