Among other things, he names three levers for successfully implementing artificial intelligence:
1. Domain knowledge:
> Organisations must be clear about how their own expertise can be scaled through AI.
> AI only creates a competitive advantage when technology is specifically linked to company-specific knowledge about materials, products and processes.
2. Assessment expertise:
> It is essential to understand what is happening technologically and what really drives your company forward.
> Companies that cannot do this on their own benefit from networks and cooperation.
3. Structures:
> The art of successful AI use does not lie in the use of individual tools, but in the interaction between technology, organisation and people.
> This requires new roles and structures, changed decision-making processes – and the courage to question routines.
