Our motivation

When we founded Santiago in November 2008, the financial crisis was at its peak. We were a start-up consisting of three people, with no brand, no clients and no revenue in a challenging market environment. Today, we are an established consulting boutique with more than 40 employees, which has been awarded "Best Consultant" several times. Therefore, we know from our own experience the challenges of the first years as well as the complexity of a growing organization. We are happy to pass on this experience to others.

What we do?

We use our networks and support the coaching programs of several universities to provide our know-how to young entrepreneurs and assist them in building their businesses.

Among other things, we support the PlanB initiative sponsored by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs. PlanB is a start-up competition for bio-based business ideas. We help the start-ups refine their business ideas in coaching workshops and prepare their pitch for the actual competition. In addition, a Santiago colleague supports the jury in evaluating the different business ideas

In addition, several colleagues are involved in Science4Life, an independent start-up initiative that offers free advice, support and training for teams of founders or young entrepreneurs from the life sciences, chemicals and energy sectors.
